Favorite Kids Products

My sister -in-law got me this night light before I had my second baby because she loved it, and now I LOVE it. I use it every night. It can be bright enough to light the room, or dim enough to be barely noticed. When my daughter was a newborn I could turn it on the dimmest setting and hold it close to her to see if she was breathing (paranoid mom). It did not disturb her sleeping. It is so easy to turn on and off and change brightness. There are other color modes, but I don't use those as often (my son will occasionally want to see different colors). I recommend this night light for parents with newborns.

I have always been skeptical of bubble machines because I never had luck with them in the past. My son loves bubbles! He wants me to blow them for him for a long time and I eventually get so light headed. I decided to try out a bubble maker but I didn't want to spend a ton of money on one. I found this one. It is budget friendly and had good reviews so I tried it. It works! it blows tons of bubbles (it does need to be filled often because of this). Dollar store bubble solution did not work so well with it (that might be because it is mostly water), but other than that it worked great! 

Yes, it is a hexagon, not an octagon. Either way this thing has been so amazing! I use it all the time. I take it to the park, set it up at home, took it camping and so much more. I LOVE it. It keeps my baby girl safe while allowing her enough room to explore and learn. Compared to most 'play pens' this one has a lot more room. It is compact and easy to move around. Because it is one the ground the kids feel more stable while crawling in it. Because I wanted to use this camping I did buy extra padding for the bottom and I will also post that product below. The pad is not made by the same company as the play yard, but it fits as though it was made for this specific product! And maybe it was..

This fits perfectly in the Portable Play Yard above. It is a different company but it is as if they were made for each other. 

This thing has been so awesome! I use it at picnics all the time. My in-laws never had a high chair for my first baby, so we would keep this in our car and grab it when we would visit. It is also perfect for camping. My kids have loved it! It is so small and we keep it in our van so that we can use it on the go. When we got it, it only cost like $20. It was a perfect and unique baby shower gift. I recommend it to all parts with kids ages about 3 months-18 months. 

This is the only baby monitor I have had, but I have no complaints! I have used it with both of my children and I love that I can have multiple cameras and change between them easily. I have one to see my son and one to see my daughter. It has a clear picture and great sound. The battery lasts a good amount of time (of course it lasts less time the older it gets).
